Skoots Service Agents

BIL offer a full back to base warranty, service and repair service to our customers at our factory premises in Calne, Wiltshire. For simple repairs such as hydraulic jack repairs (which simply bolt on and off as a complete unit), we can send parts directly to you via carrier at nominal cost. If you require an on-site service for repairs or inspection (perhaps under LOLER guidelines), BIL can recommend the following list of Independent Service Agents who have received manufacturer training from BIL. Whilst they will be competent to check and maintain Skoots to general safety standards, not all agents have the required equipment or training necessary to cover servicing of the hayraulic jacking unit to manufacture standards i.e. the proper use of a load cell to check pressures is required in addition to competency to make repairs.Those agents that have received the required manufacturer training with the jacks are highlighted accordingly. Other listed service agents that have received manufacturer training for basic inspection and repair services but not for jack repairs (they may replace the whole jack unit previousely tested by the manufacturer but not repair them) are otherwise identidied.

Please note that BIL will not accept any form of liability claim arising however incurred from any work carried out by or otherwise in connection with the service agent. Also the customer should ensure that only Skoots genuine parts are fitted as spares by the service agent. All claims under warranty for parts covered by the manufacurer must be returned directly to our factory in Calne, UK for investigation as any service agent is not authorised by the manufacture to carry out or inspect potential manufacturer warranty issues. Please see full standard T & C's for further information.
