A lot of exciting changes have occurred within our organisation over the past couple of years and we have major plans in place for continual development in 2007.

Considerable sums of money continue to be re–invested within the BIL - group in order to purchase new tooling, develop new products, machinery, I.T. upgrades i.e. we upgraded our whole infrastructure and ERP software system to SAP in Oct ’06 which is already contributing to business process efficiency improvements.
